General Management Experience (100 words or less)
We define General Managers as responsible for strategy, budget, and work output from individuals and teams for at least one function of an organization with the ability to see the big picture across functions. General Managers are part of short-term and long-term strategy discussions and work cross-functionally to achieve a goal or specific strategy.
